Mark Burton, President of Production is an experienced Producer and Executive Producer on a number of critically acclaimed feature films. Most recently, he was a producing partner with Hilary Swank and Chad Lowe in their film and television company Accomplice Films. Presently, he is in post-production on his two latest feature productions Beautiful Ohio and Kerala. Beautiful Ohio is written by Ethan Canin (adapted from his novella ‘Batorsag and Szerelem’) and directed by Chad Lowe, starring William Hurt and Rita Wilson. Kerala is the English language, feature film debut of the internationally acclaimed filmmaker Santosh Sivan. In addition, Mr. Burton has been a producer on eight feature films which have garnered international acclaim along with a bevy of awards and nominations.

President of Theatrical Distribution (Domestic) This position has been filled with a 30 year industry veteran and will be officially announced shortly.

Matt Wall, Vice President Development has over ten years of experience as an executive in both the studio and independent worlds. After working in the Acquisitions and Co-Productions departments at New Line Cinema and Universal Pictures, he co-founded Rogue Pictures, then a genre production and releasing division of October Films. He then served as a development and acquisitions executive at USA Films, which released several Academy Award-winning and –nominated films such as Traffic and Gosford Park. While at USA, he also oversaw the development and production of films such as the psychological horror film Session 9, starring David Caruso and Peter Mullan, and urban romantic comedy Deliver Us From Eva, starring LL Cool J.

Business Advisory Board

Mike Marcus, Advisor/Consultant currently oversees the talent management arm of Echo Lake Productions. In 1981, he was a Senior Agent at Creative Artists Agency, where he had among his clients: Tom Cruise, Sydney Pollack, Robin Williams, Carl Reiner, Mel Brooks, John Landis, Frank Oz, David Zucker and Jerry Zucker, among others. In 1993, Mr. Marcus was named President and Chief Operating Officer of MGM Pictures, where he oversaw the release of such films as Get Shorty, Species, and the critically acclaimed 2 Days in the Valley and Stargate. In 2000, he formed the feature film distribution company MAC Releasing, which in the summer of 2004 merged with ThinkFilm (a Canadian based distribution company) and became the co-head of its west coast office in addition to his production and management activities.

Don Cheadle, Actor/Producer was most recently nominated for a Golden Globe and an Oscar for his critically acclaimed lead role in Hotel Rwanda. He is currently enjoying his success from the highly critical acclaimed and Academy Award winning release of Crash. He has acted in over thirty-six feature films and is currently filming Talk to Her and is in pre-production with his directorial debut, Tishomingo Blues.

Liev Schreiber, Actor/Director/Writer is most recently enjoying the success of his directorial debut of Everything Is Illuminated, released by Warner Independent Pictures. He also adapted and wrote the screenplay of this feature film from the novel of the same name. He has acted in over thirty feature films made for theatrical and cable television release. He is currently filming Love in the Time of Cholera being directed by Mike Newell and starring Javier Bardem and John Leguizamo.

Mike Binder, Actor/Director/Writer made his directorial debut in 1992 with Crossing the Bridge, a film that he also wrote. He since written, directed and acted in such films as The Upside of Anger, Man About Town and HBO’s The Mind of the Married Man. Mr. Binder’s latest project, Reign Over Me, was released in March 2007 by Columbia Pictures, and stars Adam Sandler and Don Cheadle.

Tim Blake Nelson, Actor/Director/Writer/Producer has acted in over thirty feature films including Meet the Fockers, Syriana and The Astronaut Farmer. He has recently completed the television movie, Haskett’s Chance. In addition to his wealth of acting experience, Mr. Nelson is a noted playwright and screenwriter, director, producer and editor.

Wade H. Bradley, CEO & Founder has over eighteen years experience as a Principal in the industries of venture capital, corporate development, investment management, and business incubation. Previously, he founded Empire Ventures; a successful enterprise software/network infrastructure venture capital firm. Empire Ventures is now in management mode having completed all of its investments. While serving on seven board of directors, he led 27 initial and 35 follow-on equity investments. As an active manager and lead investor, he brings superb operational, financial, and strategic experience to early stage companies. Currently, he is a Series #24, #7, and #63.

Will Mayall, Chief Technology Officer has over thirty years of experience in the information technologies industry. He is a co-founder of Nononina, the creators of Alltop.com. Before that, he was Vice President of Engineering at Garage Technology Ventures. In that role, he was responsible for the design and implementation of Garage’s public website, internal MIS functions and Web-based, business-plan submission and processing system. Prior to Garage Technology Ventures, Mr. Mayall was Founder and President of Fog City Software, where he served as the primary product designer for Claris Emailer and LetterRip. He has been the Vice President of Engineering of ACIUS and has worked at Apple Computer.

Jeremy Kopp, Principal, Vice President Finance is also a registered representative at IndieVest Securities. Jeremy began his career at Abrams Artists Agency, and later accepted a position with International Creative Management (ICM), where he worked in the independent feature film packaging department, assisting in the procurement of financing and distribution arrangements for independent films being produced or acquired. Jeremy holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Michigan State University.
