Our Indie Insiders board is comprised of several high-caliber members, who have demonstrated exceptional expertise in the fields of acting, writing, directing and producing independent feature films. These individuals are icons of the independent film industry and are held in the highest regard.

Actor, Producer Mr. Cheadle is known for his powerful performances, including his Oscar-nominated lead in Hotel Rwanda. He also produced and played the leading role in Crash, winner of the Academy Award for Best Picture. His filmography includes such films as Ocean’s Eleven, Traffic, Out of Sight and Boogie Nights.

Actor, Director, Writer Winner of the Tony Award for his memorable performance in Glengarry Glen Ross, Mr. Schreiber was also nominated for both a Golden Globe and an Emmy for his role in RKO 281 (2000). Mr. Schreiber has acted in over 30 films and recently directed the feature film Everything Is Illuminated.

Actor, Director, Writer Mr. Binder made his directorial debut in 1992 with Crossing the Bridge, a film that he also wrote. He since written, directed and acted in such films as The Upside of Anger, Man About Town and HBO’s The Mind of the Married Man. Mr. Binder’s latest project, Reign Over Me, was released in March 2007 by Columbia Pictures, and stars Adam Sandler and Don Cheadle.

Actor, Director, Writer, Producer Mr. Nelson’s strong character portrayals have earned him such awards as the Sundance Film Festival’s American Independent Award. Mr. Nelson is not only an accomplished actor, but a seasoned director, writer and playwright. His filmography includes such films as O Brother, Where Art Thou?, Meet the Fockers and Syriana.
